Service Description

Superheadshot provides an AI-driven service that enables you to generate professional headshot images suitable for social media profiles. Upon successful payment, you are permitted to upload between 15 to 30 images of your face from various angles. Our system processes these images and sends you a download link via email. Additionally, the generated images can be accessed through your account under "My Orders".

User Responsibilities

As a user of our services, you agree to:

• Provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and payment.
• Only upload images that you own or for which you have secured all necessary rights and permissions.
• Comply with all applicable local, state, national, and international laws, rules, and regulations.
• Maintain the confidentiality of your account credentials and notify us immediately if you suspect any unauthorized access or use.
• Not use the service for any purpose that is unlawful, harmful, or in violation of these Terms.

Payment and Refund Policy

Payment for our services is required prior to the processing of your images. Upon completion of payment and image upload, the service is considered rendered. All payments are final and non-refundable, except as otherwise provided by law. Please review your order carefully before finalizing your payment.

Intellectual Property Rights

All content available on the Superheadshot website, including text, graphics, logos, images, and the generated headshot images, is the exclusive property of Superheadshot or its licensors and is protected by intellectual property laws. No part of our service may be reproduced, distributed, modified, or republished without our prior written consent.

Disclaimer of Warranties

Our services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis without any warranties, express or implied. This includes, without limitation, any warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, or non-infringement. Superheadshot does not warrant that the service will meet your requirements or be uninterrupted, secure, or error-free.

Limitation of Liability

In no event shall Superheadshot, its affiliates, licensors, or service providers be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenues, arising out of or in connection with your use of our services. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes arising in connection with these Terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in New Delhi, India.
