Non-Refundable Nature of Digital Services

Due to the digital nature of our AI-powered headshot generation service, all payments are final. Once a payment is processed and image processing has commenced, the transaction is considered complete and non-refundable. This policy is in place to protect the resources allocated to each order and to maintain the integrity of our service.

Exceptions to Refunds

Refunds may only be considered under exceptional circumstances where:

• There is a demonstrable error on our part that prevented the delivery of the service as advertised.
• A technical fault or system error resulted in a failure to process your images.

If you believe you qualify for a refund under these circumstances, you must notify us within 7 days of service completion. Any refund granted will be at our sole discretion and may be subject to deductions for costs already incurred.

Cancellation Policy

You may cancel your service request prior to the commencement of image processing by contacting us through our designated support channel. Cancellation requests received after processing has begun will not be eligible for a refund.
